You emerge from the sufficient integration of information in your brain to experience your body in the world.  The experience you have consists of six types of information.  One is from the brains own activity such as thoughts in the form of language and images.  A second is the visual information updated by your eyes.  A third are the sounds heard by your ears.  A fourth are the sensations felt from the body.  A fifth are the smells detected by your nose.  And lastly, the tastes tasted by your tongue.  All of this information makes up the totality of your experience and is both transitory and multifarious.  You are the reason why anything can be known, and therefore, the reason why anything is knowable is because of you
